The best place I've ever stayed. Staff is so nice and make you feel so welcome. It's so clean and comfortable and the breakfast is great great variety.
I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites near the Jacksonville Airport on Airport Road. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely accommodating. You can tell they care about the guest experience. The room was extremely nice, clean, and well maintained. It felt comfortable and spacious, which made it easy to relax after traveling. One of the biggest conveniences was the airport shuttle. They offered transportation to and from the airport, which was a huge help and made the entire trip much smoother. If you’re flying in or out of Jacksonville and want a reliable, comfortable place to stay with friendly service, this is a great choice. I would absolutely stay here again.
Very pleased with my stay. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, plenty of parking. Easy to get to from highway 95. Solid breakfast. Staff was super friendly.
Finally a newer hotel with an acceptable pressure and shower water flow. As of January 2026 this appears to be a fairly new construction, but overall no shortcomings everything was done great. Spacious rooms, nice kitchen equipment, drinking water dispenser on every floor. Great experience! Minor wish would be for Tesla charging pricing more comparable to the nearby supercharger, too expensive at 55c vs 31c. This doesn't drop my rating at all, thanks for at least having chargers, but I won't use them at that price.
We had an extended stay at TownePlace Suites while we waited to close on our new house. The hotel is brand new and beautiful, which is one of the reasons we chose it. Because we were staying for extended period of time, the manager gave us a lower rate, which was great! The daily breakfast buffet was an added bonus that my family really enjoyed, especially the Belgium waffles. I also enjoyed the gym and pool. When we requested to switch rooms, Nicole and Jaden at the front desk were very nice and accommodating, following up with us and making sure it was a smooth transition and that we were happy with our stay. Awesome customer service from both of them! Overall a good experience and I would stay here again.
Our room here was actually better than we expected. Just looking for a quick 2 day get away turned into an awesome stay. Our room was very up to date, clean and cozy. We did not use everything but there was everything in the room that we needed personally. Will look forward to coming back.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. Check-in and Check-out were not only efficient, but the folks seemed to enjoy the small talk and were very welcoming. The place is clean and well stocked. This was a great place to stay. I would stay here again.
